We are looking for a Software Support and Implementation assistant to join our close-knit team based in Eltham. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with the Configuration and Support of Job Management systems, and other software programs across our clients 
  • Building, editing & testing complex Word documents and implementing them into client systems 
  • Taking service desk calls and providing technical support to our client base 
  • Efficiently communicate with all customers and staff on projects and support requests 
  • Create Support Tickets, and call notes in our system and resolve them within SLA timeframes 
  • Creating, updating and maintaining user documentation 
  • Contributing to the continual service improvement of our services. 

Skills Required 

  • Knowledge of ServiceM8, or other Job Management software required 
  • Advance/Complex Word &/ Excel 
  • Knowledge of complex IF statements is a must 
  • Knowledge of writing Business Systems, Procedures and Checklists a bonus 
  • Must have the ability to learn multiple applications and quickly 

Please note: 

  • There will be a training period at the commencement of this job, and these hours will be paid at a reduced rate. 

Job Types: Casual, Part-time 

Part-time hours: 15-30 per week
